RT2534A/RT2534B 是一款超低压差线性稳压器（Ultra-Low-Dropout LDO），可在 0.8V 至 5.5V 的输入电压范围内运作，并提供最高 3A 的输出电流。RT2534A 的输出电压可调范围为 0.8V 至 3.6V，而 RT2534B 的输出电压可调范围为 0.6V 至 3.6V。VBIAS 偏压供电电压范围为 2.7V 至 5.5V，即使在输出电压接近输入电压的情况下，仍可维持高效率稳压。 RT2534A/RT2534B 提供 EN（Enable）及 PG（Power Good）脚位，不仅可用于系统电源时序控制，也可用于指示输出电压状态。本产品具备反向电流保护功能，可防止输入电源快速关闭时造成晶片损坏。此外，内建输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、过电流保护（OCP）及过温保护（OTP），可有效避免异常状况发生。 RT2534A/RT2534B 采用具备优异散热能力的 WDFN-10L（3mm × 3mm）封装。产品规格完整涵盖接面温度范围 -40°C 至 125°C。
