RT2657是一款高效率的脉宽调变（PWM）降压型DC/ DC转换器，能在宽输入电压2.7V至5.5V范围下，提供600mA输出电流。RT2657非常适合于那些由单节锂离子电池或其他电源来供电的可携式电子装置，如手机，PDA，手持装置，游戏机及相关配件。有低R<sub>DS(ON)</sub>的内部同步整流器能显著降低PWM模式时的导通损耗。在实际应用中，无需外部萧基二极体。当正常的脉冲 - 宽度模式不能提供稳定的输出电压时，RT2657会进入低压差模式而连续导通高侧的P-MOSFET。当EN接脚为低电位时，RT2657会进入电源关闭模式，仅消耗小于5μA的电流。由于操作频率固定在 2.25MHz，开关切换造成的涟波很容易借小尺寸的过滤元件而过滤掉。RT2657采用小型WDFN-6SL 2x2封装。
