RT2853A/RT2853B 是高效能 650kHz、3A 同步降压转换器（Step-Down Regulator），内建功率开关与同步整流器。产品采用先进固定导通时间控制（ACOT®）架构，可提供快速暂态响应，并可搭配小容量陶瓷输出电容稳定运作，无需复杂的外部补偿电路，进一步简化系统设计。 输入电压范围为 4.5V 至 18V，输出电压可调范围为 0.765V 至 7V。专有 ACOT® 控制技术相较于其他快速响应固定导通时间架构，可在输入电压、负载及输出电压变化范围内维持近乎固定的开关频率。 由于不需内部时脉控制，RT2853A/RT2853B 对负载暂态变化几乎可立即反应，使电感电流快速上升以维持输出稳定，因此无需使用大容量输出电容。产品特别针对陶瓷输出电容进行最佳化设计，并可稳定运作。 内建 110mΩ 功率开关及 30mΩ 同步整流 MOSFET，使 RT2853A/RT2853B 具备优异转换效率，尤其适用于低输出电压及低工作占空比应用。 产品内建完整保护功能，包括逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）、输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、外部可调软启动（Soft-Start）、输出过压与欠压保护（OVP/UVP），以及过温保护（OTP），可确保各种工作条件下的安全与稳定运作。 RT2853A 与 RT2853B 均采用具散热焊盘的 WQFN-16L（3mm × 3mm）封装。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 85°C。
