RT2855A/B 是集成了功率开关和同步整流器的高性能 650kHz 4A 降压转换器，它们采用了具有快速瞬态回应能力的先进的固定导通时间( ACOT<sup>®</sup> )控制架构，能与小容量的陶瓷输出电容配合稳定工作，无需使用复杂的外部补偿电路。其输入电压范围为 4.5V~18V ，输出电压可在 0.765V~7V 间可调。<br>立锜专有的 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架构是对具有快速瞬态回应能力的 COT 架构的改良，使之具有了几乎固定的开关工作频率，与供电、负载和输出电压范围不再有关联。由于没有内部时钟，它对瞬变过程的回应几乎是即时的，其电感电流可以快速变化以维持输出电压的稳定，无需使用大型输出电容。RT2855A/B 在使用陶瓷输出电容时是稳定的，而且特别对此进行了优化。<br>借助 70mΩ 的开关和 30mΩ 的同步整流器，RT2855A/B 表现出卓越的转换效率，在各种应用中表现良好，在低输出电压和低责任周期的应用中的表现尤其突出。它具有逐周期电流限制、输入欠压锁定、外部可调软启动、输出欠压和过压保护和热关机保护等功能，可在各种工作条件下安全使用。<br>RT2855A 和 RT2855B 均使用了 WQFN-16L 3x3 的封装。在轻载条件下，RT2855B 采用连续切换的策略以避免可能的低频串扰，RT2855A 则进入节能的非连续操作模式以避免效率下降。
