RT2859A/B 是一款 650kHz、3A 同步降压稳压器，内置功率开关和同步整流器。其采用先进的 ACOT®（Advanced Constant On-Time）控制架构，可提供快速瞬态响应，并能够在搭配小容量陶瓷输出电容的情况下保持稳定运行，无需复杂的外部补偿电路。输入电压范围为 4.5V 至 18V，输出电压可在 0.765V 至 7V 之间调节。专有的 ACOT® 控制技术相比其他快速响应定导通时间架构具有更优异的性能，可在不同输入电压、负载及输出电压条件下保持近乎固定的开关频率。由于没有内置时钟，因此对负载瞬态的响应几乎是即时的，电感电流可迅速提升以维持输出稳压，而无需使用大容量输出电容。RT2859A/B 专为陶瓷输出电容优化设计，并具备稳定运行能力。内置 70mΩ 高侧开关和 70mΩ 同步整流器，使其在各种应用中均能展现优异效率，尤其适用于低输出电压和低占空比应用。产品还提供逐周期电流限制、输入欠压锁定（UVLO）、可外部调节软启动、输出欠压保护、输出过压保护以及过温关断保护，确保在各种工作条件下均能安全稳定运行。RT2859A 与 RT2859B 均采用带散热焊盘的 WQFN-16L 3mm × 3mm 封装，其中 RT2859B 即使在轻载时仍保持连续开关模式，以避免低频干扰；而 RT2859A 则在轻载时采用节能的不连续导通模式，以提高效率。
