RT2862 是电流模式的高效同步降压型 DC/DC 转换器，可在 4.5V~36V 输入电压范围内工作，负载能力可达 3A，其内部集成 105mΩ/80mΩ MOSFET 功率开关，具有极高的转换效率，其电流模式的控制架构可支援快速的暂态回应与简易的外部补偿。</br>逐周期进行电流限制保护可应对输出端短路情形，内建的软启动机制则可消除启动瞬间的输入电流涌浪问题。它还具有完整的保护功能如输入欠压锁定、输出欠压保护、过流保护和热关断保护功能。</br>RT2862 以含有外露式散热焊盘的 SOP-8 封装供货。
