RT3602AC是一款符合IMVP8规范的CPU电源控制器，含有三个电压轨的控制器：一个MAIN VR的2/1相同步Buck控制器；一个辅助VR的单相同步Buck控制器；一个VCCSA VR的单相同步Buck控制器。RT3602AC采用G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> (Green Native AVP) 控制架构，这是立锜专有的源于有限直流增益误差放大器的一种电流模式控制技术，可以非常容易地对输出电压随载下降的幅度进行调节以满足Intel CPU对自我调整电压定位 (Adaptive Voltage Positioning) 的需求。由于拥有G-NAVPTM控制技术，RT3602AC具有快速回应机制以便在负载发生瞬态变化时具有最优的AVP性能。RT3602AC支援在不同的工作状态之间切换时的模式转换功能，有一个串列的VID介面可用于它和符合IMVP8规范的CPU进行通讯联系，它可以快速、慢速和逐渐变化三种不同的转换速率支援VID跳变功能。由于使用G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup>架构，RT3602AC的工作频率会随着VID、负载和输入电压的不同而发生变化，进一步改善了它的效率表现，即使在CCM模式下也是如此。G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup>和CCRCOT (固定电流纹波COT) 技术的结合在整个输入、输出范围内提供了极佳的输出电压纹波表现。RT3602AC内建的高精度DAC将VID编码转换为0.25V至1.52V的输出电压，级差为5mV，它还内建了高精度的ADC来支援平台需要的设定功能，诸如快速回应的触发电平之类的设定均通过此部分完成。设定功能还支援两个电压轨的位址交换。RT3602AC可提供调节器输出准备好信号，具有完备的各种保护功能如过压保护、负压保护、过流保护和欠压锁定保护等。RT3602AC的封装形式为WQFN-52L 6x6。
