RT3605BE 是为 IMVP8 相容 CPU 提供电源供应的 PWM 控制器，其中包含 3 个电压轨的控制系统：一个供主 VR 使用的 3/2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器，一个供辅助 VR 使用的 2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器，一个供 VCCSA VR 使用的单相 Buck 控制器。RT3605BE 采用 G-NAVP™ (Green Native AVP) 控制架构，这是立锜专有的以有限直流增益误差放大器为基础的电流模式控制架构，易于设定输出电压随载调节的特性，满足所有 Intel CPU 对动态电压调节特性的需求，具有负载瞬变情形下的快速回应机制以优化动态电压调节性能。它支援各种工作状态下的模式转换功能，有可与 Intel IMVP8 相容 CPU 进行通讯的串列 VID 介面，可以快、慢和自然过渡三种不同的方式支援 VID 动态改变（ on-the-fly）的功能。即使在 CCM工作状态下，其工作频率亦可随 VID、负载和输入电压的不同而自动调节以实现效率的优化。它将 CCRCOT（Constant Current Ripple COT，固定电流纹波固定导通时间）技术与 G-NAVP™ 架构结合于一体，在整个输入、输出范围内都具有卓越的输出电压纹波表现。它内建的高精度 DAC 可将串列输入的 VID 编码转换为 0.25V~1.52V 的输出电压，级差仅 5mV。它使用高精度的 ADC 完成快速回应触发阈值设定等平台设定功能，对外提供 VR Ready 信号输出，具有完备的故障保护功能如过压保护、过流保护、欠压锁定保护等。其封装形式为 WQFN-52L 6x6。
