RT3606BC 是一款符合 IMVP8 规范的 CPU 电源控制器，包含两组电压轨：3/2/1 相同步降压控制器 CORE VR，以及 2/1 相同步降压控制器 AXG VR。RT3606BC 采用 G-NAVP<sup>TM </sup>（Green Native AVP），这是 Richtek 专有的拓扑架构，由具有限 DC 增益的 EA 放大器结合电流模式控制所衍生，可轻松设定 droop，以满足所有 Intel CPU 对 AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positioning）的要求。基于 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 拓扑，RT3606BC 亦具备快速反应机制，可在负载暂态期间优化 AVP 效能。RT3606BC 支援具多种操作状态的模式转换功能。RT3606BC 内建序列 VID（SVID）介面，可与符合 Intel IMVP8 规范的 CPU 通讯。RT3606BC 支援即时 VID 调整功能，并提供三种不同的转换速率：Fast、Slow 与 Decay。透过 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 拓扑，RT3606BC 的操作频率会随 VID、负载与输入电压而变化，即使在 CCM 下也能进一步提升效率。此外，采用 CCRCOT（Constant Current Ripple COT）技术的 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 可在整个输入/输出范围内提供优异的输出电压涟波表现。内建高精度 DAC 可将 0.25V 至 1.52V 范围的 SVID 码以每阶 5mV 进行转换。RT3606BC 整合高精度 ADC，用于平台设定功能，例如快速反应触发位准或过电流位准。此外，该设定功能也支援这两组电压轨的位址交换。RT3606BC 提供 VR ready 输出讯号。它亦具备完整的故障保护功能，包括过电压（OV）、负电压（NV）、过电流（OC）及欠电压锁定（UVLO）。RT3606BC 采用 WQFN-60L 7x7 小尺寸封装。
