RT3606BE是IMVP8相容的CPU电源控制器，包括两个电压轨：一个核心VR 3/2/1相同步降压控制器，和AXG VR 2/1相位同步降压控制器。RT3606BE采用了立锜专有的、基于有限直流增益补偿器的EA放大器电流模式控制的G-NAVP™ (Green-Native AVP) 控制技术，使之容易设置下垂以满足 Intel AVP（Active Voltage Positioning, 动态电压定位）。在G-NAVP™架构的基础上，RT3606BE还具有在负载瞬态快速反应机制，以优化AVP性能，支援在不同操作状态下的模式转换功能。它集成了一个串列 VID串列VID (SVID)介面内置于RT3606BE与 Intel IMVP8相容的CPU进行通讯，以快、慢和自然变化三种不同的电压/电流 变动率支援 VID 运行中改变功能。借助 G-NAVP™架构的支援，其工作频率可随着 VID、负载和输入电压的变化而变化，即使处于 CCM 状态下，其效率也能得到最大化的提升。此外，CCRCOT (Constant Current Ripple COT)技术的 G-NAVP™在整个输入/输出范围提供优越的输出电压涟波。内建的高精度 DAC 将 SVID 编码转换为 0.25V~1.52V 电压，其间级差为 5mV，内部整合的高精度 ADC 可用于进行快速回应触发阈值或过流阈值之类的基础设定。此外，设定功能也支援这两轨地址交换。RT3606BE提供了 VR 准备好信号输出，具有如过压保护、欠压保护、负压保护、过流保护和欠压锁定之类的保护功能。其封装为WQFN-48L 6x6。
