RT3613EB 是为使用串列 VID 控制介面、相容 Intel IMVP9 规格的 CPU 设计的 3/2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器，它采用以有限直流增益误差放大器为基础的电流模式控制架构这一立锜专有的 G-NAVP<SUP>TM</SUP> 拓扑，具有易于设定输出电压随载下降参数的特性，完全满足 Intel CPU 所需要的 AVP (Adaptive Voltage Positioning) 特性，具有全新的 AQR(Adaptive Quick Response) 自我调整快速回应机制，可确保在负载发生瞬变时保持卓越的 AVP 性能，减少电容器数量。它支援在不同的运行状态下切换工作模式，有串列 VID 介面可与 Intel IMVP9 相容 CPU 进行通讯，可以快、慢、自然变化三种不同的转换速度支援 VID 动态变换功能。其工作频率可根据 VID、负载状况和输入电压的不同自行变化，即使在电流连续模式下也能得到最佳的效率表现。其 G-NAVP<SUP>TM</SUP> 控制拓扑中还集合了 CCRCOT（Constant Current Ripple COT, 定电流纹波COT）技术，使其输出纹波表现在整个输入/输出范围内都很卓越。其内建高精度 DAC 可将 VID 编码转换为 0V~2.74V 电压，级差为 10mV。它集成了可完成平台和功能设定的高精度 ADC，可设置ICCMAX、工作频率、过流保护阈值、AQR 触发阈值等参数。它还提供 VR Ready 和过热指示信号，具有完备的故障保护功能如过压保护、欠压保护、过流保护和欠压锁定保护等。
