RT3635BE 是供 IMVP9.2 相容 CPU 使用的内核供电控制器，其中包含为 VCCCORE 供电的 5 相同步 Buck 控制器、为 VCCGT 供电的 2 相同步 Buck 控制器和为 VCCSA 供电的单相同步 Buck 控制器，它们的实际使用相数都是可选择的，因而可以支援 5+2+1、4+2+1、3+2+1 相等配置。它又同时具有智慧相数管理的特性，可在所有负载范围内选择适合的工作相数以实现效率的最大化，相数增减的阈值可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面进行设定并在被触及时完成相数的自动增减。它采用立锜专有的以有限直流增益误差放大器为基础的电流模式 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 控制架构，易于设定输出电压随载下降幅度以满足 Intel CPU 对 AVP 自我调整电压定位的需求，具有全新的 AQR 自我调整快速回应机制以优化负载瞬变期间的 AVP 特性，减少了对输出电容的需求。它在各种工作状态下都支援工作模式的改变，通过内建的 SVID 序列介面即可与 Intel IMVP9.2 相容 CPU 进行通讯。其内建非动态记忆体可存储 ICCMAX、工作频率和 AQR 触发阈值等平台参数，具有 VR Ready 输出信号，具有包括过压、过流、欠压、欠压闭锁等完整的故障保护机制，以 WQFN-60L 7x7 封装形式出货。建议结面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
