RT3635BT 是一款符合 IMVP9.2 规范的 CPU 电源控制器，具备三组电压轨：用于 VCCCORE VR 的 5 相同步降压控制器、用于 VCCGT VR 的 2 相同步降压控制器，以及用于 VCCSA VR 的 1 相同步降压控制器。每组电压轨的输出皆可配置为支援所需的相位分配，最高为 VCCCORE 5 相、VCCGT 2 相及 VCCSA 1 相。例如，RT3635BT 支援 5+2+1、4+2+1、3+2+1 等输出配置。RT3635BT 整合 Smart Phase Management（SPM）功能，以在所有负载范围内达到最高效率。它具备可由使用者透过 I<sup>2</sup>C 协定介面设定的自动加相或减相阈值。RT3635BT 采用 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup>（Green Native AVP），这是 Richtek 专有的拓扑架构，由具有限 DC 增益的 EA 放大器结合电流模式控制所衍生。这可轻松设定 droop，以满足所有 Intel CPU 对 AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positioning）的要求。基于 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 拓扑，RT3635BT 具备新一代快速反应机制（Adaptive Quick Response, AQR），可在负载暂态期间优化 AVP 效能并降低对输出电容的需求。该元件支援跨多种操作状态的模式转换功能，并内建序列 VID（SVID）介面，可与符合 Intel IMVP9.2 规范的 CPU 通讯。RT3635BT 支援 baby phase（Heterogeneous Phase）功能，透过在第 1 相使用额定值相对较小的功率元件，以及较大的电感值与电阻值，以提升轻载效率。RT3635BT 提供内建非挥发性记忆体（NVM），用于储存平台设定，例如 ICCMAX、切换频率或 AQR 触发位准。它提供 VR ready 输出讯号，并具备完整的故障保护功能，包括过电压（OV）、过电流（OC）、欠电压（UV）及欠电压锁定（UVLO）。RT3635BT 采用 WQFN-60L 7x7 footprint 封装。建议操作接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
