RT3645BE 是一款具备四组输出电压轨的同步 VR 控制器，并完全符合 Intel IMVP9.3 PWM 规范。RT3645BE 采用 Richtek’s 新一代混合控制架构。此混合控制可在不使用外部被动元件进行回路补偿的情况下，达到快速动态反应。控制回路设定可透过 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面轻松编程，简化 droop 控制设定流程，以满足 CPU 核心电源的所有 AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positioning）要求。RT3645BE 具备 Richtek’s 新一代暂态技术 AQR（Adaptive Quick Response），可在负载暂态期间优化 AVP 效能并减少输出电容。RT3645BE 控制器采用 SPM（Smart Phase Management）技术，并具备可编程电流阈值与迟滞，以优化系统效率。RT3645BE 整合高精度 ADC，可用于多种信号遥测，包括输入电压、输出电流、各电压轨的温度感测及系统功率监测。RT3645BE 内建 MTP NVM（Multiple-Time Programmable Non-Volatile Memory），用于储存自订配置，例如 droop 控制设定、ICCMAX 电流、切换频率及 SPM 电流阈值。这些配置可透过在 ADDR 脚位与 GND 之间放置指定电阻来选择。RT3645BE 亦支援故障保护，包括欠电压锁定（UVLO）、欠电压（UV）、过电压（OV）、过电流（OC）及 SPS 故障指示。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
