RT3662AM是集成了3组MOSFET驱动器的双输出PWM控制器，它符合AMD SVI2电压调节器规范，可为CPU内核和北桥部分供电。它采用定电流纹波固定导通时间(Constant Current Ripple Constant On-Time, CCRCOT）及立锜专有的G-NAVP控制架构，易于设定以满足AMD AVP(Adaptive Voltage Positioning)的需求，简单设定误差放大器的直流增益即可获得所需电压随载下降的参数。借助适当的补偿，负载瞬态回应特性也能对AVP性能进行优化。它还能通过相互之间的介面发送VOTF完成信号，将VDD/VDDNB电压和电流资料编码以后进行上报。在轻载条件下，RT3662AM可进入二极体模拟模式以优化效率表现。其电流增益可通过引脚进行调节，还具有Power Good指示、温度指示及各种保护性特性如过流保护、过压及欠压保护等。
