RT3667BT是4相+2相的PWM控制器，符合AMD SVI2电压调节器规范，可为CPU提供内核电源VDD和北桥电源VDDNB。它使用CCRCOT（恒定电流纹波COT）和立锜专有的GNAVP™技术，易于设定其各项参数以符合AMD CPU对AVP（Active Voltage Positioning，动态电压定位）的需求：通过对误差放大器的直流增益进行设定即可得到所需的输出电压随载下降特性；通过适当的补偿即可使负载瞬态回应满足最佳AVP性能的需求。它可以经过通讯介面发送VOTF完成信号、经过数位化编码的VDD/VDDNB电压、电流参数值。它能以单相模式和二极体模拟模式工作，各种不同工作模式和负载条件下的转换效率均可高达90%以上。通过引脚即可设定具有特定目的的偏移资料。它还具有Power Good指示、过流指示输出和双重过流保护机制，具有过压保护、欠压保护和负压保护等特性。
