RT3674AJ 是一款支援三组输出电源轨（Triple Output Rails）的同步降压控制器，并可完整符合 AMD SVI3 规范要求。RT3674AJ 采用 Richtek 专有的 G-NAVP（Green Native AVP）架构，其设计源自电流模式控制下误差放大器有限直流增益特性，可轻松设定电压下垂（Droop），以满足 AMD CPU/GPU 对自适应电压定位（AVP, Adaptive Voltage Positioning）的需求。 基于 G-NAVP™ 架构，RT3674AJ 进一步导入新一代自适应快速响应（AQR, Adaptive Quick Response）机制，可在负载瞬态变化期间优化 AVP 性能，并减少输出电容需求。 RT3674AJ 内建高精度 ADC，可提供系统监测与回报功能，并整合非挥发性记忆体（NVM），可储存各种客制化设定，例如输出电流比例、相位自动增加/减少门槛值、自动切换频率、过电流保护门槛以及 AQR 触发电平等参数。 此外，产品具备完整保护机制，包括过压保护（OVP）、欠压保护（UVP）、过电流保护（OCP）及欠压锁定保护（UVLO）。RT3674AJ 并为每组输出电源轨提供独立的使能控制（Enable）、Power Good 状态指示及温度感测功能。 产品亦支援透过 I²C 介面进行多项功能设定与控制。 建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
