RT4803B可让化学电池的性能得到充分发挥，能在电池电压低于系统电源IC所需电压的时候将其剩余电能最大化地挖掘出来。它通过将功率开关、同步整流开关和低耗电特性集合于一体，为使用锂离子电池的系统提供了一个紧凑的解决方案。</br>RT4803B内含Boost转换器，即使锂离子电池电压低于系统设定的最小值也能为系统提供满足需要的最低电压。在Boost工作模式下，其输出负载能力达2000mA。在关机模式下，静态耗电低于1μA，可将电池使用时间最大化。其Booat模式与旁通模式之间的切换是平滑的，可以为了降低静态电流而强制器件进入旁通模式。</br>RT4803B的封装形式为WL-CSP-16B 1.67x1.67 (BSC)。推荐的结温范围为-40°C至125°C，环境温度范围为-40°C至85°C。
