RT4823Q 是一款升压转换器，设计用于从单颗锂离子电池提供最低输出电压，即使电池电压低于系统最低需求时亦可运作。RT4823Q 可让系统充分利用新型电池化学特性，即使电池电压低于系统电源 IC 所需电压时，仍能提供可观能量。透过结合内建功率电晶体、同步整流与低供应电流，此 IC 可为采用先进锂离子电池化学技术的系统提供精巧解决方案。在升压模式下，于最高 1500mA 负载电流时仍可保证输出电压调节。关断模式下的静态电流低于 1μA，可最大化电池寿命。此稳压器可在旁路模式与一般升压模式之间平顺切换。此元件可被强制进入旁路模式，以降低静态电流。RT4823Q 采用 WL-CSP-9B 1.3x1.2 (BSC) 封装。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
