RT5715 是负载能力为 2A 的 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 架构同步 Buck 转换器，可在 2.5V~5.5V 输入范围内工作，输出电压可在 0.45V~VIN 间进行设定。其静态耗电低，集成了低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> MOSFET 功率开关，可在很宽的负载范围内获得高转换效率，因采用 ACOT 架构而使外部元件数量少，在很宽的负载范围内都有很好的瞬态响应特性。其工作频率高达 2.7MHz，输出电感和电容的尺寸都很小。<br>RT5715 具有完备的保护功能，其中包括输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、过流保护和过热关机保护，还有逐周期电流限制可使其能应对输出短路问题，有软启动能消除启动期间的输入电流冲击。其封装形式为 WDFN-8SL 2x2。
