RT5717 是一款高效率同步降压转换器，具备典型值 60nA 的超低静态电流。其在低至 1μA 的轻载条件下仍可提供高效率。其输入电压范围为 1.8V 至 5.5V。RT5717 可透过在 RSEL 接脚与 GND 之间连接电阻，提供 16 种可选择的输出电压位准，并可提供最高 0.75A/1.2A/1.5A 的输出电流。涟波式固定导通时间（Ripple-Based Constant On-Time，RBCOT）控制可提升负载与线路暂态响应，并在各种负载与输出电容条件下最佳化效能。RT5717 提供 XWL-CSP-6B 0.96x 1.245 (BSC) 与 WDFN-8JAL 2x1.5 (FC) 封装。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
