RT5721 是一款降压开关稳压器，可透过 2.5V 至 5.5V 的输入电源提供数位可程式输出。 输出电压透过工作频率高达 3.4MHz 的 I<SUP>2</SUP>C 介面进行程式设计。</br>RT5721 采用具有同步整流功能的专有架构，能够以超过 80% 的效率连续提供 1A 电流，并在负载电流低至 10mA 时保持该效率。 此稳压器以 2.4MHz 的标称固定频率运行，从而减少了外部组件的(电感值/电容值)。 可以添加额外的输出电容来改善负载瞬态期间的调节，而不影响稳定性。</br>在中等负载和轻负载下，脉冲频率调变 (PFM) 用于在省电模式下运行，室温下的典型静态电流为 45μA。 即使静态电流如此低，此装置在大负载波动期间仍能表现出优异的瞬态响应。 当负载较高时，系统会自动切换至固定频率控制，工作频率为 2.4MHz。 在关断模式下，电源电流降至 1μA 以下，进而降低功耗。 如果需要固定频率，可以停用 PFM 模式。 RT5721 采用小型 WL-CSP-11B 1.31x1.62 (BSC) 封装。
