RT5736 是一款降压转换器（Step-Down Converter），可在 2.5V 至 5.5V 的输入电压范围内运作，并提供可透过 I²C 介面数位化程式设定的输出电压。其 I²C 通讯介面最高支援 3.4MHz 传输速率，可满足高速控制与动态调整需求。 RT5736 采用专有同步整流架构（Synchronous Rectification），可提供最高 5.5A 的连续输出电流，且即使在低至 10mA 的负载电流下，仍能维持优异的转换效率。元件以固定 2.4MHz 开关频率运作，有助于减少外部元件数量并缩小整体电源方案尺寸。此外，可增加额外输出电容以改善负载瞬态变化期间的输出稳定性，而不会影响系统稳定度。 在中低负载条件下，RT5736 会自动进入脉冲频率调变（PFM）省电模式，以提高轻载效率。于室温条件下，其典型静态电流仅 45μA。即使具备极低静态电流，产品仍能在大幅负载变化时提供优异的暂态响应能力。当负载增加时，系统会自动切换至固定频率 PWM 控制模式，以 2.4MHz 频率运作，确保最佳输出调节性能。若系统需要全时固定频率运作，亦可停用 PFM 模式。 在关闭模式（Shutdown Mode）下，RT5736 的典型供电电流仅 0.1μA，可有效降低待机功耗，特别适合电池供电设备。 RT5736 采用小型 WQFN-20L 3.5mm × 3.5mm 封装。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
