RT5744 与 RT5746 是降压型转换器，可在 2.5V 至 5.5V 输入电压范围内提供数位可程式化输出电压。输出电压可透过最高支援 3.4MHz 的 I²C 介面进行设定。采用专有同步整流架构，RT5744 与 RT5746 分别可提供最高 4A 与 6A 的连续输出电流，且在低至 10mA 负载电流时仍能维持高效率。稳压器以标称 2.4MHz 固定频率运作，可减少外部元件数量。额外增加输出电容可改善负载瞬态期间的稳压性能，而不影响系统稳定性。在中轻负载条件下，装置采用脉冲频率调变（PFM）模式以提升省电效能，室温下典型静态电流仅 45μA。即使在极低静态电流下，仍能于大幅负载变化时提供优异的瞬态响应。于重负载条件下，系统会自动切换至 2.4MHz 固定频率控制模式。在关机模式下，电源电流典型值仅 0.1μA，有助于降低功耗。如需固定频率运作，也可停用 PFM 模式。RT5744 与 RT5746 采用 WL-CSP-14B 1.31×2.02 (BSC) 封装。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。各料号特色请参阅订购资讯。
