RT6150A/B是高效率的、以固定频率工作的Buck-Boost转换器，可在输入电压高于、低于或等于输出电压的条件下工作，其内部架构使之能在各种工作模式之间平滑转换，成为单节锂离子电池、多节碱性电池或镍氢电池应用中的理想选择，这些场合的输出电压介于电池电压变化范围内。</br>器件包含实现高效工作的两个N-MOSFET开关和两个P-MOSFET开关，工作频率设定于1MHz，有利于减小外部元件尺寸。其静态电流消耗在节能模式下仅有60μA，可使可擕式应用的电池寿命最大化。节能工作模式是可控的，将PS引脚拉低即可实现。假如PS处于高电平，固定工作频率的工作模式即处于使能状态。</br>器件还具有关机电流消耗低、内置软起动、热关机保护和电流限制保护等特性，RT6150A的封装形式为WDFN-10L 3x3，RT6150B的封装形式为WDFN-10L 2.5x2.5。
