RT6166 是一款高效率、单电感且采用先进恒定导通时间（ACOT<SUP>®</SUP>）架构的单晶片同步升降压转换器，可在 2V 至 5.5V 的输入电压范围内提供高达 3A 的输出电流。它可调节 1.8V 至 4.975V 的可数位编程输出电压，使其适用于广泛的输入电源应用，无论输入电压是低于、高于或等于输出电压皆可。ACOT<SUP>®</SUP> 控制架构具备出色的输入电压 / 负载暂态响应、降压与升压模式之间的无缝转换，并且无需复杂的外部补偿，即可搭配小型陶瓷输出电容提供稳定运作。RT6166 配备 I<SUP>2</SUP>C 介面，可用于可编程输出电压、超音波模式控制、VOUT DVS 转换速率调整，以及装置状态监测。目标输出电压也可透过外部 VSEL 脚位切换，以执行 DVS（动态电压调整），且 DVS 的上升转换速率与斜坡模式可透过设定相关暂存器进行配置。RT6166 采用自动 PFM（脉冲频率调变）模式运作，具备典型值为 4μA 的低静态电流设计，可在轻载运作期间维持高效率。在较高负载下，该装置会自动切换至 2.2MHz 固定频率控制，并可透过小型封装滤波元件有效平滑切换涟波电压。整合式低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> 功率 MOSFET 在重载条件下展现出优异效率。在关机模式下，供应电流典型值为 0.1μA，有助于降低功耗。若需要固定频率，可停用 PFM 模式。RT6166 采用精巧的 WL-CSP-15B 1.4x2.3（BSC）封装。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
