RT6167 是一款高效率、单电感且采用 ACOT<sup>®</sup>（先进恒定导通时间）架构的单晶片同步升降压转换器，可在 2.2V 至 5.5V 的输入电压范围内提供高达 3A 的输出电流。它可调节 2.025V 至 5.2V 的可数位编程输出电压，使其适用于广泛的输入电源应用，无论输入电压是低于、高于或等于输出电压皆可。ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架构具备出色的输入电压 / 负载暂态响应、降压与升压模式之间的无缝转换，并且无需复杂的外部补偿，即可搭配小型陶瓷输出电容提供稳定运作。使用者可在 VSEL 脚位分别处于低准位与高准位时，从表 2 的 128 种类型中选择两个输出电压。RT6167 可透过调整 MODE 脚位采用特定的切换方式。当设定为低准位时，RT6167 会在自动 PFM（脉冲频率调变）模式下运作，具备典型值为 2μA 的低静态电流设计，可在轻载运作期间维持高效率。在较高负载下，该装置会自动切换至 2.2MHz 固定频率控制，并可透过小型封装滤波元件有效平滑切换涟波电压。整合式低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 功率 MOSFET 在重载条件下展现出优异效率。在关机模式下，供应电流典型值为 0.1μA，有助于降低功耗。若有声学噪音疑虑或需要固定频率运作，RT6167 可在超音波模式（USM）或强制 PWM 模式（FPWM）下运作。RT6167 采用小型 WL-CSP-15B 1.4x2.3（BSC）封装。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
