RT6202A/B 是采用先进恒定导通时间（ACOT<sup>®</sup>）控制架构的同步 Buck DC/DC 转换器，可以高功率密度在 4.5V~18V 输入下提供多达 5A 的电流输出，具有优化的瞬态回应特性，可与各种陶瓷电容配合工作，在输出电容的 ESR 极低时仍能确保其稳定性。它在各种输入、输出条件下均可保持恒定的工作频率，在各种负载条件下均可维持高效率工作。它通过在下桥 MOSFET 上进行精确的谷值电流检测实现逐周期电流限制，使用外部软启动设定消除启动期间的输入电流冲击，还具有热关机保护功能。其封装为 SOP-8（含外露式散热焊盘）。
