RT6203B是适应性导通时间模式的同步Buck转换器。RT6203B的主要控制回路使用适应性导通时间模式控制，无需外部元件即可提供极快速瞬态响应。RT6203B的VIN 输入范围为4.5V至18V。</br>在初始供电后，输出电压可以通过I<SUP>2</SUP>C相容的VID控制总线发送的编码到IC进行更改。此外，提供特殊的代码可用于编程电流限制阀值和过热关断阀值，关机和启动也可以透过特殊代码进行编程。本产品还具有可调节的软启动时间。输出电压可通过FB引脚的分压电阻在0.8V至8V之间调整。
