RT6206A 是一款采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT™）架构的同步降压 DC/DC 转换器。产品可在 4.5V 至 18V 的输入电压范围内运作，并提供最高 5.5A 的输出电流，达成高功率密度设计。 RT6206A 采用专有 ACOT™ 控制技术，可在广泛负载范围及各类陶瓷电容条件下提供优异的暂态响应能力。此架构允许使用超低 ESR 输出电容，并确保系统稳定运作。此外，RT6206A 在输入电压与负载变化时仍能维持优异的固定开关频率特性，搭配内建同步功率开关，可于全输出电流范围内提供高转换效率。 产品具备逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit），透过低侧 MOSFET 谷值电流侦测（Valley Current Detection）提供精准的过电流保护。外部可设定软启动（Soft-Start）功能可有效抑制启动期间的输入涌入电流。此外，RT6206A 内建过温保护（Thermal Shutdown）功能，以提升系统安全性与可靠性。 RT6206A 提供 TSSOP-14（Exposed Pad）、SOP-8（Exposed Pad）及 WDFN-10L 3mm × 3mm 等封装选项。
