RT6214A/RT6214B 是一款简单易用的 3A 同步降压 DC-DC 转换器，输入电压范围为 4.5V 至 18V。产品内建低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，可在小型 SOT-23 封装中实现高转换效率，并内建高精度参考电压（依产品型号提供 0.765V 或 0.8V）。 RT6214A/RT6214B 采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT™）架构，仅需少量外部元件即可提供超快速暂态响应，并能在输入电压、负载及输出电压变化范围内维持近乎固定的开关频率。 RT6214A 采用自动省电模式（PSM），可在轻载运作时维持高效率；RT6214B 则采用强制 PWM 模式（Forced PWM），可满足严格的输出电压稳定度要求。 RT6214A/RT6214B 可同时侦测高侧与低侧 MOSFET 电流，以提供可靠的过电流保护。产品具备逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可防止输出短路、过电流或电感饱和等异常情况对系统造成损害。 TSOT-23-6 系列内建软启动（Soft-Start）功能，可有效抑制启动期间的涌入电流；TSOT-23-8 系列则提供可程式化软启动功能，只需于外部 SS 脚位连接电容即可设定启动时间。 此外，产品亦整合输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）及过温保护（Thermal Shutdown），以确保各种工作条件下的安全与稳定运作。 RT6214A/RT6214B 提供 TSOT-23-6（FC）及 TSOT-23-8（FC）封装。
