RT6215A/B是简单易用的2A同步Buck转换器，输入电压范围为4.5V至24V，使用0.791V高精度参考电压源，集成低导通电阻的MOSFET功率开关，使用TSOT-23-8 (FC) 封装，具有极高的转换效率。<BR>RT6215A/B使用ACOT™控制架构，具有超快速瞬态回应能力，周边元件少，工作频率几乎恒定不变，不受输入电压、负载和输出电压等参数变化的影响。轻载条件下，RT6215A自动以PSM模式工作以维持高效率。RT6215B采用强制PWM方式工作，工作频率不因负载变化而改变，可满足高精度输出应用的需求。<BR>RT6215A/B通过检测上、下桥开关电流获得强壮的过流保护特性，每个工作周的电流都受到限制，确保器件在输出短路、过流和电感饱和等条件下都是安全的。它有外部可调的软起动功能避免出现启动期间的电流冲击，具有输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、过热关机保护等功能确保任何条件下的安全和稳定运行。<BR>
