RT6215F是高效率的同步Buck转换器，负载能力2A，输入电压范围为4.5V~24V，采用改进型固定导通时间（ACOT<sup>®</sup>）控制架构，具有超快瞬态回应能力，周边元件少，在各种工作条件下的工作频率均保持基本恒定，具有逐周期电流限制保护应对输出短路问题，有软启动设计可避免在启动期间出现电流冲击，还具有输入欠压锁定保护、输出过压保护、过流保护、过热保护（过热关机）等保护特性确保其在各种条件下的安全、平稳运行。
