RT6217F是使用TSOT-23-8 (FC) 封装、简单易用的同步Buck转换器，工作电压范围为4.5V至24V，内建0.791V高精准度参考电压源，整合了低R<sub>DS(ON)</sub>的MOSFET功率开关，转换效率高。<br>RT6217F使用改进型固定导通时间 (ACOT<sup>TM</sup>) 控制架构，瞬态回应速度快，周边元件少，在全输入电压、负载和输出电压范围内都有基本恒定的工作频率。它的工作模式可用MODE引脚进行选择，将其接地则在轻载时进入PSK模式以提高效率，将其拉高 (>2V) 在强制其一直处于CCM工作模式，确保任何情况下都有很好的输出电压调节精准度，分别满足不同应用的需求。<br>RT6217F对上下桥MOSFET流过的电流都会进行检测以实现强悍的过流保护功能，还有逐周期电流限制机制防范输出短路、过流或电感饱和等恶劣状况所带来的危险。它内置的软起动功能可预防启动期间出现的电流冲击，还有输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、过热保护 (热关机) 等确保各种运行状态下的安全稳定。RT6217F使用晶核倒装的TSOT-23-8 (FC) 封装供货。
