RT6218A/B是简单易用的2A同步Buck转换器，工作电压范围为4.5V至18V，集成了低内阻的MOSFET功率开关，使用TSOT-23封装，转换效率高，具有高输出电压精准度。<br>RT6218A/B采用改进型固定导通时间 (ACOT™) 控制架构，具有超快的瞬态回应速度，周边元件少，在各种工作条件下的工作频率都近乎固定不变，RT6218A仅在轻载条件下为改善效率表现而自动采用PSM工作模式，RT6218B则以强制性的PWM模式工作以获得精确的电压调整性能。<br>RT6218A/B对上下桥的电流都会进行检测以获得极佳的过流保护特性，这种保护是逐周期进行的，可使器件在各种灾难性的故障如输出端短路、超载和电感饱和等情形下均能安然无恙。在启动过程中，连接在SS端的软起动电容可为RT6218A/B带来可设定的软起动特性。在输入欠压、输出欠压和温度过高等情形下，RT6218A/B均能提供完善的安全保护，而正常条件下的工作又是一帆风顺的。RT6218A/B的封装形式是内核倒装的TSOT-23-8 (FC)，具有极佳的散热性能。
