RT6236A/B 是一款 650kHz、6A 同步降压稳压器，内置功率开关和同步整流器。其采用先进的 ACOT™（Advanced Constant On-Time）控制架构，可提供快速瞬态响应，并在搭配小型陶瓷输出电容的情况下保持稳定运行，同时无需复杂的外部补偿电路。输入电压范围为 4.5V 至 18V，输出电压可在 0.7V 至 8V 之间调节。专有的 ACOT™ 控制技术相比其他快速响应定导通时间架构具有更优异的性能，可在不同输入电压、负载及输出电压条件下保持近乎恒定的开关频率。由于没有内置时钟，因此能够对负载瞬态作出近乎即时的响应，并使电感电流迅速提升以维持输出稳压，而无需使用大容量输出电容。RT6236A/B 专为陶瓷输出电容优化设计，具有优异的稳定性。内置 51mΩ 高侧开关和 18mΩ 同步整流器，使其在各类应用中均能实现出色的转换效率，特别适用于低输出电压和低占空比应用。产品还具备逐周期限流保护，可防止输出短路，并提供输入欠压锁定（UVLO）、可外部调节软启动、输出欠压保护、输出过压保护以及过温关断保护，确保在各种工作条件下均能安全稳定地运行。RT6236A/B 采用带散热焊盘的 UQFN-13JL 2mm × 3mm（FC）封装。
