RT6245 是输入电压范围为 4.5V~17V、负载能力高达 14A 的高性能同步 Buck 转换器，其输出电压可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面输入的 7 位元 VID 资料在 0.4375V~1.3875V 间进行调节。<br>RT6245 采用改进型固定导通时间 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架构，具有超快瞬态回应速度，周边元件少 ，稳态工作期间的工作频率几乎恒定不变，不受输入电压、负载大小和输出电压的影响，易于简化 EMI 滤波器的设计。<br>轻载时，RT6245A 自动进入 PSM 工作模式以维持其高转换效率。<br>RT6245 的工作频率、电流限制阈值和输出电压的变化速度可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面进行选择，独立的使能控制端和 Power Good 指示信号可方便进行时序控制设计，设计者亦可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面发出使能 和关机的命令。<br>为了控制启动期间的电流冲击，器件提供了在 SS 端外接电容进行软启动调节的方式，它还具有逐周期电流限制保护、过压保护、欠压保护、输入欠压锁定保护和过热保护等功能。<br>RT6245 使用热性能良好的 VQFN-19L 3.5x3.5 (FC) 封装供货。
