RT6252A/RT6252B 是一款简单易用的 2A 同步降压 DC-DC 转换器，输入电压范围为 4.5V 至 17V。产品具备高精度参考电压，并整合低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，以实现高转换效率。 RT6252A/RT6252B 采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架构，仅需少量外部元件即可提供超快速暂态响应，并能在输入电压、负载及输出电压变化范围内维持近乎固定的开关频率。 RT6252A 采用自动省电模式（PSM），可于轻载运作时维持高效率；RT6252B 则采用强制 PWM 模式（Forced PWM），可满足对输出电压稳定度要求较高的应用需求。 RT6252A/RT6252B 可同时侦测高侧与低侧 MOSFET 电流，以提供可靠的过电流保护（OCP）。产品具备逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可防止因输出短路、过电流或电感饱和等状况造成元件损坏。 此外，内建软启动（Soft-Start）功能可有效抑制启动期间的涌入电流。产品亦整合输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）及过温保护（OTP），以确保各种操作条件下皆能安全且稳定运作。
