RT6254A/RT6254B 是一款高效能同步降压 DC-DC 转换器，可在 4.5V 至 18V 的输入电压范围下提供最高 4A 的输出电流。产品整合低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET、精准的 0.6V 参考电压以及自举电路所需的内建二极体，可提供相当精巧的电源解决方案。 RT6254A/RT6254B 采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架构，可提供超高速暂态响应，同时进一步减少外部元件数量。在稳态运作下，ACOT® 控制能于输入电压、负载及输出电压变动范围内维持近乎固定的开关频率，使 EMI 滤波器设计更加容易。 本产品提供独立的使能控制（EN）输入脚位，方便进行电源时序控制；TSOT-23-8 版本另提供 Power Good 状态指示功能。为控制启动期间的涌入电流，产品内建固定 1.5ms 软启动（Soft-Start）功能。 RT6254A/RT6254B 同时整合完整保护机制，包括逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）、输出欠压保护（UVP）、输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）以及过温保护（OTP），确保系统在各种工作条件下皆能安全稳定运作。 RT6254A/RT6254B 提供 TSOT-23-6（FC）及 TSOT-23-8（FC）封装。
