RT6259A/B 是集成了功率开关和同步整流器的 650kHz、3A Buck 转换器，采用具有快速瞬态回应特性的先进固定导通时间（ACOT<sup>TM</sup>）控制架构，无需使用复杂的外部补偿电路，可与小型陶瓷输出电容配合稳定工作。其输入电压范围为 4.5V~18V，输出电压范围为 0.765V~7V。<br>独特的 ACOT<sup>TM</sup> 控制架构是在具有快速回应能力的 COT 架构的基础上改进而成，可在全输入、负载和输出电压范围内获得几乎固定的开关切换工作频率，没有内部时钟，对瞬态变化的回应几乎是即时的，其电感电流可快速提升以维持输出电压的稳定，无需使用大容量的输出电容，并针对陶瓷输出电容进行了特别的优化。<br>借助 70mΩ 的开关和 70mΩ 的同步整流器，RT6259A/B 表现出卓越的效率和对广泛应用的适应性，尤其适合低输出电压和低责任周期的应用。它具有逐周期电流限制、输入欠压闭锁、外部可调软启动、输出欠压和过压保护、热关机保护等安全特性，可在各种工作条件下安全稳定地工作。<br>它们都采用了 WQFN-16L 3x3 的封装。在轻载条件下，RT6259B 以连续切换模式工作，可避免低频干扰问题，而RT6259A 则以非连续操作的节能模式工作以提高效率。
