RT6296D为输出电流2A的高效率电流模式同步降压型DC/DC转换器，输入电压范围可从4.5V至17V。内部整合了高侧100mΩ和低侧40mΩ的MOSFETs来达到高转换效率。由于具有内部补偿机制的电流模式固定导通时间(CMCOT)操作，可允许系统在大范围的负载变动、输出电容变化的操作条件下仍有优良的暂态响应特性。逐周期电流限制保护避免输出短路。RT6296D提供完整的保护功能，包含输入欠电压闭锁、输出欠电压保护、过电流保护和过温度保护。PWM频率可以借由EN/SYNC脚位调整。RT6296D提供TSOT-23-8 (FC)封装。
