RT6296F是高效率的电流模式同步Buck转换器，负载能力2A，输入电压范围为4.5V~17V，集成100mΩ上桥开关和40mΩ下桥开关以获得高转换效率。它因采用电流模式控制架构而具备快速瞬态回应能力，使用了内部补偿机制，具有Power Good输出，使用逐周期电流限制方式应对输出端短路问题，还具有输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、过流保护和热关机保护等特性，可通过EN/SYNC引脚调节PWM工作频率，封装形式为TSOT-23-8(FC)。
