RT6301C/RT6301CH/RT6301D/RT6301DH 是一款专为 LPDDR5 与 LPDDR5X 记忆体设计的整合式电源管理 IC 解决方案。产品内建两组降压稳压器与一组负载开关，可提供记忆体系统所需的多组电源轨。其中 VDD2 可提供最高 8A 输出电流，RT6301C/RT6301CH 的输出电压为 1.065V，而 RT6301D/RT6301DH 的输出电压为 1.05V；VDDQ 可提供 0.52V 或 0.32V 输出电压及最高 3A 输出电流；VDD1 则为 1.8V、1A 负载开关输出。 RT6301C/RT6301CH/RT6301D/RT6301DH 采用先进固定导通时间控制架构，可提供极快速的暂态响应能力，并有效减少外部元件数量。在稳态运作期间，可于输入电压、负载及输出电压变化范围内维持接近固定的开关频率，有助于简化 EMI 滤波器设计。 在轻载条件下，产品会自动进入二极体模拟模式，以提升轻载效率并降低功耗。此外，产品支援多种电源状态，包括 S0、S3 及 S4/S5 模式，并可透过 EN 与 EN_VDDQ 控制脚位进行管理。 为确保系统安全性与可靠性，RT6301C/RT6301CH/RT6301D/RT6301DH 内建完整保护功能，包括逐周期限流保护、过压保护、欠压保护、输入欠压锁定保护以及过温保护。 所有功能均整合于 WQFN-19L 3mm × 3mm 封装中。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
