RT6324A／RT6324AH／RT6324B／RT6324BH 是一款同步降压转换器，采用拟固定 600kHz 切换频率设计，支援最高 8A 连续输出电流。元件可在 3V 至 23V 的宽输入电压范围内运作，并支援 2-bit VID 与低功耗模式（LPM#），适用于 VDD_MEM 应用中的动态输出电压调整。此元件采用 Advanced Constant On-Time（ACOT®）控制架构，可提供超高速瞬态响应，同时减少外部元件数量。在稳态运作下，ACOT® 架构可于不同输入电压、负载及输出电压条件下维持近似固定的切换频率，简化 EMI 滤波器设计。为提升轻载效率，RT6324A／RT6324AH／RT6324B／RT6324BH 支援二极体模拟模式（DEM），并内建展频功能（Spread Spectrum），有助于降低可听噪音。元件同时整合 Power-Good（PGOOD）指示讯号，以简化系统时序控制。此外，装置具备完整保护功能，包括逐周期电流限制（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limiting）、过压保护（OVP）、欠压保护（UVP）、输入欠压锁定（UVLO）及过温保护（OTP）。RT6324A／RT6324AH／RT6324B／RT6324BH 采用紧凑型 VQFN 2mm × 3mm 13-pin (FC) 封装，建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
