RT6368 是一款 3.5A 高效率非同步降压转换器（Asynchronous Buck Converter），采用峰值电流模式控制（Peak Current Mode Control）架构。产品支援 4V 至 60V 的宽输入电压范围，输出电压可于 0.8V 至 VIN 之间进行设定。透过低静态电流设计以及内建低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）高侧 MOSFET，可在广泛负载条件下维持优异的转换效率。 RT6368 采用峰值电流模式控制搭配简单的外部补偿设计，不仅可使用较小尺寸的电感元件，亦能提供快速的暂态响应及良好的回路稳定性。 产品支援 100kHz 至 2500kHz 的宽范围可调开关频率，可让设计人员根据效率与元件尺寸需求进行最佳化选择。超低最小导通时间（Minimum On-Time）特性，使其即使在极高降压比条件下仍能维持固定开关频率运作。对于开关杂讯敏感的应用，RT6368 亦支援外部时脉同步功能，同步频率范围为 300kHz 至 2200kHz。 RT6368 内建完整保护功能，包括输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）、输出过压保护（OVP）、过电流保护（OCP）及过温保护（OTP）。逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit）可有效防止输出短路造成损坏，而软启动（Soft-Start）功能则可降低启动期间的涌入电流。 RT6368 采用 SOP-8（Exposed Pad）封装。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 150°C。
