RT6541D 是高性能的同步 Buck PWM 控制器，用于将电池高电压转换为 0.77V 低电压，具备效率高、瞬态回应特性好、输出电压精度高等特性。它采用固定导通时间的PWM控制架构，可在很宽的输入/输出电压比范围内工作，提供 100ns 量级的负载瞬变回应速度，同时保持基本恒定的工作频率。它在应用中无需使用传统电流模式控制架构使用的电流检测电阻，降低了成本，提高了效率。它具备驱动大型同步整流 MOSFET 开关的能力，可在轻载时工作于二极体模拟模式以提高效率。其封装形式为WDFN-14L 3x2。
