RT6575E 是一款双通道降压控制器，可为电池供电系统产生供应电压。其包含两个可在 2V 至 5.5V 之间调整的脉冲宽度调变 (PWM) 控制器，以及两个固定 5V/3.3V 线性稳压器。每个线性稳压器可提供高达 100mA 的输出电流，且 3.3V 线性稳压器在 35mA 以下可提供 1% 精度。RT6575E 具备振荡器输出，可驱动外部电荷泵应用。其他特性包括板载上电时序、电源良好输出、内部软启动，以及可在关断期间防止负电压的软放电输出。定电流涟波 PWM 控制架构无需感测电阻即可运作，并可对负载暂态提供 100ns 响应。为了最大化电源效率，RT6575E 会在轻载应用中自动切换至二极体模拟模式。RT6575E 采用 WQFN-20L 3x3 封装。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
