RT7075A 是针对 PMSM/BLDC 电机应用的二合一专用 IC，其中包含一个三相电机控制器和相应的 MOSFET 栅极驱动器，集成有 32 位 ARM Cortex-M0 MCU 内核和完成无需感测器支持的场向量定向控制所需要的周边电路，含有 ADC、DAC、通讯介面、SVPWM 生成电路、看门狗计时器、电流检测器等电路，具有欠压锁定保护、短路保护、堵转保护等功能，可构成元件数量少、PCB 尺寸小、系统成本低的电机控制系统。<BR>RT7075A 可对三组半桥连接配置的外接 N-MOSFET 开关进行驱动，其自举电路的工作电压可高达 600V。它还内建死区时间控制，可避免外接 MOSFET 开关出现上下贯通的直通状态。<BR>RT7075A 的封装形式为 LQFP-48L 7x7。
