RT7084C2M 是一款专为 PMSM（永磁同步马达）及 BLDC（无刷直流马达）应用所设计的专用积体电路（ASIC）。此二合一 ASIC 整合多项功能电路，包括三相马达控制器、三相闸极驱动器、三个自举二极体、5V LDO，以及降压转换器（Buck Converter）。 RT7084C2M 内建 ARM 32 位元 Cortex-M0 核心及周边电路，可实现无感测器磁场导向控制（Sensorless FOC）。此外，此 ASIC 提供多项系统级周边功能，包括 ADC 输入滤波器、通讯介面、温度感测器、短路保护（SCP）及堵转保护功能，以减少元件数量、缩小 PCB 面积并降低系统成本。 此外，RT7084C2M 可驱动外接 N 通道 MOSFET，形成三组半桥架构，并内建自举电路。 RT7084C2M 采用 VQFN-32L（4mm × 4mm）封装。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 105°C。
