RT7220B是供反激式电源使用的高性能同步整流控制器，它通过检测MOSFET漏极电压决定同步整流开关的工作状态，可将关断过程的死区时间缩减至最小以提高效率，支援工作在电流连续模式、电流不连续模式和准谐振模式，可在3.3V~13V的输出电压范围内工作。</br>RT7220B内建高耐压线性稳压器，可在输出电压很低时提供足够的MOSFET驱动电压。它在轻载时以节能模式工作，可将工作电流降低至160μA以下，进入节能模式的时间点是通过对MOSFET门极驱动脉冲的计数来确定的。
